Our website runs on a very complex and closely monitored environment. Our operations team is constantly monitoring the health of our site and at the first sign of a problem, they immediately contact our genius engineers who are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Because of such close monitoring, we are able to respond to any problems that may arise on our end very quickly.

Once you see a green light on all four items above then we can proceed to the next step.

Clearing your browsers cache and cookies
In order to make sure that you are accessing the latest version of our website, we need to clear your browsers cache files. Every time your browser loads a website, all the text and images you see are downloaded into your browsers cache. This speeds up your browser when you frequently visit a website by accessing the text and images from your local computer instead of downloading them again from our server. Cookies are small text files that get stored on your computer which help us identify the pages you are visiting and what products you are trying to purchase. Since we are constantly improving our website, we recommend that you clear your browser's cache and cookies to make sure that you are accessing the latest and greatest version of our website.
